Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sohaya ("the Platform"), operated by Josho IT Solutions ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Sohaya is an entertainment marketplace owned and operated by Josho IT Solutions, a software company registered in India.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — Sohaya website, mobile applications, and all associated services
• "Client" — a User who books services through the Platform
• "Artist" — a User who provides entertainment services through the Platform
• "Booking" — a confirmed engagement between a Client and an Artist

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If using on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Josho IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Nature of the Platform

Sohaya acts as an intermediary marketplace. The Company does not employ Artists directly. Artists are independent service providers. The contractual relationship for services exists between Client and Artist.

6. Bookings and Payments

Payment is processed through our payment partners. The total price shown to the Client includes all applicable fees. Artists receive their payout after event completion, subject to the applicable commission structure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
• Post false or fraudulent content
• Harass or threaten other Users
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Create multiple accounts for deception

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Sohaya is the property of Josho IT Solutions. Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant a licence to use it for operating the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Josho IT Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts in Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra.
